Wedding Ceremony
When

Please aim to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to be seated in good time. The best option for parking is next to the church for a small fee. We understand the Ring O'Bells pub which is next to the church will be open from 12pm.
We kindly ask that mobile phones be switched off and that no photographs are taken during the church ceremony, so that everyone is fully present with us in this special moment.
Confetti can be used in certain areas (TBC).
Dress Code
Whatever you feel comfortable in but wedding attire is preferable!
Policy on Children
Although we love your children, our wedding will be an adult only occasion.
Reception
When
2nd May 2026, 14:00 - 18:00
Our reception will be held in the Kendal Suite, this can be found on the right hand side as you enter the main hotel reception.
Venue Information
The hotel has three car parks and we recommend unloading any bags at the main reception which is the very top car park. If you require a disabled space please speak to the hotel beforehand.

Our evening reception will be held in the Kendal Suite. This is to the right as you enter the main hotel reception.
A buffet will be served during the evening.
Venue Information
The hotel has a large car park on 3 levels and we recommend that you unload any bags at the reception before parking. If you require a disabled space please book via the hotel. The main reception is very top car park.

Travelodge Kendal is not far from Castle Green, but you would likely need a taxi. One night on 2 May currently costs £153. Parking is £3.
Another Travelodge (Prizet, Kendal) is more out of town and available at £87.99.
